Robin Clark-Bennett – Director, University of Iowa Labor Center

Robin Clark-Bennett serves as Director of the University of Iowa Labor Center.  She teaches classes for working Iowans on a variety of labor-related topics. Robin has nearly 30 years of experience teaching and assisting workers in the application of labor rights in New England and the Midwest. She first joined the Labor Center from 2002-2004 to work on the Child Labor Public Education Project funded by the U.S. Department of Labor.  Robin returned to the Labor Center in 2008 and was appointed Director in 2021. 

Guillermo Morales – Labor Educator, University of Iowa Labor Center

Guillermo Morales serves as an educator for the University of Iowa Labor Center. He teaches classes for working Iowans on a variety of labor-related topics.  Guillermo earned a law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2010 and has nearly 10 years of experience with the labor movement.  He previously worked as a Labor Relations Representative, Interim Director of Communications, and Executive Manager for the California School Employees Association.  Guillermo joined the Labor Center in 2019.
