Amy Roosa is the co-creator and founder of the Iowa Women in Safety Group and Conference. With 17 years in the safety industry, she speaks regularly at conferences around Iowa on a variety of safety and leadership topics. 

Sarah Allender – Safety and Loss Control Specialist, TrueNorth Companies

Sarah Allender is a Safety and Loss Control Specialist with TrueNorth Companies. In her position, she helps to foster a culture of safety with her clients through loss prevention strategies. Sarah serves on the board of the Northeast Iowa chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals and the planning committee for the Iowa Women in Safety Group.

Floyd Sauter – Independent Safety Consultant

Floyd Sauter is currently an instructor with Kirkwood Community College and an independent safety consultant. Before retirement, Floyd spent many years in numerous safety roles with general contractors, mechanical contractors, and steel erection contractors. Floyd brings many years of safety experience and specializes in making safety training relatable and engaging.
