Registration Fees
Registration for 1-9 people: $55 per person
Registration for 10 or more people: $45 per person
Registration on-site: $100 per person (Limited availability)
Additional Fees
General Education CEU’s: $10 per person upon request
Nursing CEU’s are NOT offered at this event
Cancelation Policy
There will be no refunds granted for canceled registrations. Canceled registrations will be permitted to substitute an alternate attendee.
